Cancelling my subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no penalties or lock-in periods.

1. Go to Settings → Membership.

2. Tap "Manage subscription".

3. In the subscription portal, select "Cancel plan".

4. Confirm the cancellation.

You retain full access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period. When it expires, you automatically move to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted — if you reactivate within 6 months, all your history will be intact.

We process refunds for unused periods if cancellation occurs within the first 48 hours of a new billing cycle. Write to us at contacto@cyner.co.
