Deleting my account and data

You have the right to have all your personal data deleted in accordance with GDPR and CCPA. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

How to request deletion

Send an email to contacto@cyner.co with the subject "Delete my account" from the email associated with your account. We process the request within a maximum of 72 hours.

What gets deleted

Permanently deleted: your profile, workout history, nutrition logs, body metrics, AI Coach conversations and payment data (card data is managed by our payment processor and deleted from their system).

Active subscription

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from Settings → Manage subscription to avoid additional charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel the active subscription.
