Meal tracking in Cyner is designed to be fast and frictionless. You don't need to weigh every gram if you use reference portion estimates.

Adding a meal

1. Go to the Nutrition section.

2. Tap "+" at the corresponding time of day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack).

3. Search for the food or scan the barcode.

4. Enter the amount and confirm.

Editing the AI-generated diet plan

If the AI generated a 7-day plan for you, you can request adjustments from the nutrition chat. Simply write what you don't like or which foods you prefer and the plan regenerates.

Consistency over perfection

Research shows that 80% tracking consistency produces results equivalent to 100%. Don't stress if you don't log everything one day — what matters is the weekly trend.
