Updating body metrics
Keeping your body metrics up to date allows Cyner to recalculate your TDEE and adjust your macros accurately as your body changes.
How to update your weight
1. Go to "My Profile" from the menu.
2. Tap the weight field.
3. Enter your current weight and save.
We recommend weighing yourself under the same conditions: in the morning, fasted and without clothes.
Recommended frequency
Update your weight every 1-2 weeks. It's not necessary (or advisable) to update it daily, as weight fluctuates due to water, glycogen and digestion.
Updating body fat %
Body fat percentage is optional but improves calculation accuracy. You can estimate it with a body photo or a tape measure (US Navy method). Update it every 4-6 weeks.
