Changing password and access data

Cyner uses a passwordless access system. Every time you log in, we send a verification code to your registered email. There is no password to change.

Changing your email address

Email changes currently require contacting support at contacto@cyner.co. For security, we verify identity before making any changes to your access email.

What if I lose access to my email?

Contact contacto@cyner.co from any other medium, providing your full name and the last 4 digits of the payment method associated with your account (if you have a subscription). Our team will verify your identity and migrate your account.
