How to use the workout logger

Cyner's logger is your tool to record the actual performance of each session. It works offline and syncs automatically when you regain connection.

Logging a workout

1. Go to "Workouts" from the bottom menu.

2. Select the corresponding training day.

3. Tap "Start workout".

4. For each exercise, enter the weight and completed reps for each set.

5. The rest timer starts automatically when you complete a set.

6. When done, tap "Finish workout".

Entering RIR

After each set you can indicate how many reps you had left in the tank (RIR). This is crucial for the AI to correctly calibrate the intensity of your next mesocycle. If you're unsure, leave the field empty.

The workout didn't save

If you closed the app without finishing, the workout stays in draft state. Go to "History" and find the incomplete session to complete or discard it.
